Springtime sunshine, peace and puffins!
Unplug, unwind and leave your stresses far behind. Enjoy 5 blissful days of uninterrupted "you-time" in this idyllic island nature reserve.
Setting the scene
This 5-day idyllic island retreat offers the perfect opportunity to take a deep, relaxing breath and simply get away from it all. Leave the stresses and strains of everyday life behind and immerse yourself in nature. Just as the island's colonies of seals and puffins dive into the depths of the ocean for food, we invite you to dive into the depths of inner stillness to nourish and restore your soul.
On this late Spring break you will find Lundy bursting with vibrant colour, as the wild flowers blossom all around the island's rocky shores and coastal paths.
Our yoga, meditation and life coaching practices on this getaway retreat will reflect the emergence and blossoming of inner aspirations. Tap into the inner muse, your creative inspiration; tune into the answers that lie within; and gain clarity by simply observing nature at its finest.
With its rugged beauty, idyllic views and tranquil setting, Lundy Island is the perfect location to escape the stresses daily life and
re-connect with nature.
Just 11 miles from the Bristol Channel and a 2 hour boat ride away,
There can surely be no better place to immerse yourself in daily yoga and meditation; no better place to find the peace and tranquility within, to calm the mind and find the answers you may be looking for.
Wholesome food & healthy juices
We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout your 5-day stay with us on Lundy Island. The focus will always be on healthy, nutritious, wholesome meals to complement our yoga and meditation practices.
Breakfast will be continental buffet style, with options for healthy cereals, yogurt, fresh bread and fresh fruit.
Lunch will consist of a deliciously wholesome, freshly-made soup with accompaniments.
Evening meals will be vegetarian or vegan prepared by our in-house chef. As part of our 'karma yoga' philosophy, guests will be asked to assist either Suzi or Donna with the preparation of evening meals each night, on a rota basis.
Snacks, water, hot beverages and freshly extracted juices will also be available throughout your stay.
The ethos of our retreats is one of collaboration and mutual support. We, therefore, kindly request that guests help tidy up the kitchen and communal areas after each mealtime.
Alcohol is available on the island at the local pub, however, we request that it is not consumed within the retreat house itself.
If you have dietary requirements please let us know at the time of booking, so that we can accommodate your personal preferences.
Your accommodation for the retreat is based on single, double or twin rooms and shared bathroom facilities, within the magnificent 7-bedroom detached villa, Millcombe House.
